Superb! I had dinner with friends at Estia before a concert at the Academy of Music. Unlike many of the Center City restaurant’s near the theaters, this is not a tourist trap. The food was sublime and the ambience lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant.

You have to go. The food invites you at the door. The decor is lovely and when I had the food. Me and my husband knew we were coming back. Everything we had was good. Our waiter recommended such wonderful choices and even me a picky eater tried and enjoyed everything I had and what my hubby had. It was an all around great experience and I recommend that you try it.

I went to a graduation party this weekend at Estia. It was the first time I was ever there although I have heard great things about it. The party was held in the banquet room which I was totally impressed by, the exposed wood ceiling beams and limestone bar where breath taking and gave it that antique effect. My sister is getting married soon and my mother and I have been talking about a place for her bridal shower, after trying the food at Estia I was completely sold and actually booked the party this morning! The woman I spoke with was so helpful and provided me with all the information I needed and offered a variety of options, at the end of the phone call I was blown away by the price for everything that I asked for it. All my future parties and get-togethers are going to be at Estia, I recommend them to everyone!

This is my favorite Philly restaurant. The best bet is to go there for lunch and have the fish special. The roasted veggies that come with the fish are excellent. Make sure to get the octopus as an appetizer.

I just ate there today, and it was fabulous (as always). The best item on the menu is the octopus for an appetizer. It is very tender and delicious. The fish of the day is generally the best bet for the main course. The service is always great!
