Worst experience ever!! Don't use them for any services. Very unethical and unprofessional. You will regret it!! Go anywhere else.

I was in need of a jump start I left my lights on. After calling this company they arrived and where very cold, no personality, and had a very broken disposition. They got the job done and started my car and after about three mins drove off. So I to attempted to drive off and pop the clutch and of corse the cad died so I called back. Driver has been gone two mins tops, can't come back i have another call. I say ok I'll wait. Than they say sorry if we come back we have to charge you again full price. Than said your on your own find someone else.

I don't doubt that these folks get the job done when it comes to getting your vehicle from point A to point B. But God forbid you have to ask their driver or any of their staff any questions. They're all rude! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever!!! The slightest question is made to seem like you're asking them for the world!

I've used this company for all of my towing needs for the last 22 years. I deal in high end cars: Mercedez, Porsche, Ferrari and so on. If you want your cars damaged during transportation call somebody else, if you want it done right, call Knittles. If you want to make friends call a "make friends" hotline...

On Friday December 11,2009 my daughter and several cars were in an accident on coors bypass and Knittles towing was called to come and remove the cars. While I was trying to ask the driver to take my daughters car to our home, the police and the driver was telling me to move my truck. I got in my truck to move it and I guess the tow driver was trying to ask me where I lived and I couldnt hear him, Then I heard him ye1l F&*k OFF B&%^h. I parked my truck and went over to where he was and asked him why he talked to me that way and he said where is your house?? At this point I was told by law enforcement officers at the crash site that he is always this way. So if Knittles shows up to tow your vehicle be careful if he is wearing a top hat you may just get cussed out. I called Rio Rancho towing out to tow my daughters car home. He was very professional and polite.

Recently I was headed down the interstate,I was passing a Knittles Towing Truck when a large gray bin flew off the back of the truck and into my car. This resulted in a dent on the passenger side fender. I collected all of the information on the truck and called Knittles once I could look up their phone number. The gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and defensive from teh begining. He claimed that I was confussed and that this was not their truck. He refused to discuss the issue and basically told me to take it up with the police. I have now had to file a police report and go through my insurance company to get the dent fixed. It is ridiculous that he would not event discuss teh issue with me like an adult....I will never use this towing company and hope that you will not either.
