They were very fast to come to the house and start the drying process, and were prompt on checking the status even though a holiday week. Highly recommend.

I called United Fire & Water for a broken hot water heater in our apartment in Baton Rouge. Kevin had his crew out there within 20 minutes to start cleanup. Very professional and nice clean up job. I would highly recommend UF&W!!., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

It was a pleasure working with them. When I called them around 5:00 on a Monday evening, they were at my Slidell home within 2 hours to assess my flooded home. They had their equipment at my home that same night and started removing the water. They were fast, understanding and easy to work with. They checked on my property every couple days to determine what needed to be done. My home was back to normal, with minimal damage with in 10 days. I would recommend them to everyone. I had the owners direct cell phone number and he answered every time I called. They billed the insurance company directly, so that I didn't have to deal with much.

I called UFW late one evening as the pipe in my attic burst and water was everywhere! Kevin & his team came out the SAME night to start the restoration process and came back the next morning. Kevin and his team were very professional, answered all our questions and did not leave until the job was done. Without a doubt, I would recommend this company to anyone.

United Fire and Water Damage company came to my rescue. I had a pipe burst in my attic, and we had water all in my kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, and bathroom. I have tried one company, and I was told I would be put on a waiting list. I called a second company which did not call be back until the next day. I called him on super bowl sunday and he answered first time I called. This company was at my house the very next morning with setup in no time. Mr. Kevin was great and very professional. It is very easy to communicate with him as well. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need.

United Fire assisted our organization this past year with the loss of our building due to a fire resulting from a lightning strike. They were very professional and responsive and worked very efficiently to assist in the assessment of damages and what steps needed to be taken to mitigate our loss. They were very helpful in working with our insurance provider and went above and beyond in helping our organization preserve the few items that we were able to salvage. I would highly recommend Kevin and his company for any disaster, large or small.

United Fire & Water responded within an hour and it was after regular business hours. Very professional and efficient. Carpets were completely dried. It was well worth contacting them to prevent smelling/mildewing/replacing. I would definitely recommend United Fire & Water.

I can't speak to the other reviews but these guys did a great job with our mold removal. Couldn't have been more helpful.

I used United Fire and Water when my air conditioner unit overflowed. The owner personally came to my house on a Sat and used equipment to begin drying the wall and floor. He was polite, quick and patient. It took a long time for my insurance co to send a check for the damages and he worked with me until I could pay him. I would use him again.

United Fire and Water Damage was great in response time and did the work fast. If i had any questions or problems, all I had to do was call and someone was out there the next day. I would recommend them to anyone that asks. Trust me you will be happy.

United Fire & Water took care of wet carpets in my house from a bathtub overflow. The responded within one hour and Kevin's guys did a great job. Very professional and efficient and at a fair price. I worked with United Fire & Water Restoration for our home in uptown N.O., and the house had had years of recurring damage. The company, and Kevin in particular, was very responsive, immediately showed up and rapidly assessed the problems. They recommended a remediation plan and stuck with it moving rapidly, but not taking shortcuts. They stuck with it until the job was done. And the job was done well! I would recommend this company and Kevin without hesitation.

We have used UF&W multiple times on historic properties to shopping centers, from broken pipes, to backed up sewage, to complete loss from fire.
