In desperate need for a professional carpet cleaner after having a lot of people for our Thanksgiving. We had a few spills along with a lot of foot traffic that definitley made our carpets dirty. After I called, someone was able to come by in the evening.

A cleaning technician came by, and let us know what was best for cleaning the stains. He was all prepared to clean, so I said GO AHEAD!

I looked online and I found Brooklyn Rug & Carpet Cleaning. I needed their services because I had 2 area rugs in the basement that I wanted to put in my living room to spruce the room up. The guy came over for a free estimate... I was happy with what he had to say along with the price and professionalism. Delivery was set for 2 weeks after they picked the rugs up. The delivery man came by, unrolled the area rugs and WOW was I happy! My living room looks so great now and I am so happy with my decision with using this company.
