We went there for dinner after a trade show. The food was really good but the staff was terrible. I asked for a different knife because the one they gave me was old and looked like the tip was broke off. Lady staff argued with me that it was one of their new ones, lied right to my face. Our bill was over 700 and I have to argue to get different silverware. I mean really. Most restaurants would have just given me another knife but not this place, second server took it and brought me a new one. Didn't cost restaurant a thing, just another dirty dish. Did cost them a repeat customer.

Provided by DexKnowsQuite disappointed. Was my first visit and will be my last. 1. Dress code said casual business attire. There were people there that wore blue jeans and every day shirts. They were not business casual dressed. 2. I had made reservations a week earlier, but was seated in the bar area. Very loud.3. The food wasn't that great. My fiancee and daughter had the Crab Cakes and were very salty. I had the large Rib eye and it was cooked the way I wanted it, but was tuff to eat.4. When the server was clearing our table after the appetizers, he dropped a water glass with water and it broke and the water ended up mostly on my lap wetting my crotch area and leaving broken peices of glass on the table. After cleaning up the water on the table and glass (which we kept finding more pieces of broken glass on the table during our stay there) management never came over to say they were sorry or offered was any discount or anything complementary. After dinner there, we left and we had plans of sight seeing down town but had to cut the visit downtown short and head home so I could change my pants since they were still wet and it was about 20 degress outside (Dec 28th, 2013). Thats probably the biggest thing I was angry about, cause I don't go downtown very often and have never seen the Christmas displays downtown and that was the main purpose of our visit. Thanks for messing our plans up Ditkas.5. I didn't feel like I was any place special, cause it didn't feel any different than any other Sports Bar and grill.Sorry Coach, but for people on a tight budget and live paycheck to paycheck and can only splurge once and a great while, I wont be coming coming back. Should of gone to a different resturant a couple blocks south of you.

Never again. Very rude staff. Told we had 40 minute wait that lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes. Later arrivals seated sooner than us. Manager worthless.
