        this is the second time i have posted but it never shows up i have done business with this company for bout six years . linda was a very wonderful lady and always treated me with respect and always had great service from the techs they were very good and recently i stopped buy to talk bout a table top and the man behind the counter was very rude looked like a hells angel or something i was kinda insulted . anyway i set up an appointment for a measurement when the guy showed up 3 hours late he forgot his paper so he said he would be there the next day disnt show called said he would be there tomorrow .he finaly makes the pattern it took 2 weeks to hear from them he brings the top and no help he tried to set it him self and scratched the top of my table and it didnt even fit . so no i dont think you should use them

        Couldn't believe the quality and service!

        Not often I am happy with a contractor so this is a first. Started out asking for a quote on a few windows, no pressure sales person (unlike all the other window sales people). Bob had three windows to choose from, we chose his best window which was priced like the others middle or low window. Great installation including clean up. No cold air transfer and they even insulated completely around the windows...I watched.

        We started with a few windows and after talking to Bob about an interior wall with some damage decided to have a wall of custom mirrors installed. Fantastic job and a great look!

        I wanted a local reputable company. Warranties are only good if the company is in business. Over 50 years in Cincinnati. They installed a new European shower, large mirror and a new window in my bathroom. Could not be happier. Professional job and they actually cleaned up their own mess!
