People complained about my dog each time i've taken her. She had a couple of baths there and was just there. First time for her to be groomed and she looked nothing like what I asked for, they cut around get eyes when I specifically asked them not to, and blamed the pup for their poor skills. I say if you want quality look somewhere else!!!

If you live in the South Belt area, these folks are worth checking out! Not only are they a locally owned business, but their prices are fair and the work they do is excellent! I have been bringing my pets to Best Friends for about 10 years! I'm not sure how long they've been here in the neighborhood, but I know I see the same smiling faces every time I visit! My dog (who hates groomers, vets, etc.) goes in without a struggle, they coddle the animals, and she comes out with a smile. Keep it up, Best Friends! You've got a customer for LIFE!!
