23 EMPTY TABLES AND A 45 MINUTE WAIT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!! Seriously???

Chilis is great I love eating there

My wife and my parents and I went here for the last time the first time. After waiting to be seated for about fifteen minutes we sat down and looked at the menu. The normal discussion took place, everyone asking everyone what they were going to get. Some people we know were seated next to us, so we talked to them some as well. We had made our choices and done all this talking and no one had taken our drink order. Flagged down a waiter, who did not take our drink order but went to get someone to do so.Ordered drinks and appetizers. 20 minutes later we got our appetizer while watching people who sat down after us get their main courses. One hour in, we gave up. Told the hostess (couldn't find the waiter) to get us a bill for the appetisers and drinks. She said she would get the manager. Waited 10 minutes for the manager. He finally came when we decided to just leave. Told us the appetizers were on the house. I told him I had already decided they were on the house and we wouldn't be back.
