Good job Tucson Feeds, you finally got some people in your store who know what they are doing. I have been trying to put weight on my horse. I talked to the lady there and she explained to me a lot about equine nutrition and ulcer issues, which my horse has. I followed what she told me and it's been only two months and my horse looks great. It's nice to know you can trust what people are selling you, and really see a difference. I hope whoever owns this store knows what a great job they are doing over there

6/5/2014 We bought 10 bales of hay for our organic gardening. In about July the plants started to die. Inspection showed June beetle larva. Each location that had the hay had the same results. Photographs proved their backing out of the hay bale. Each bale netted 50+ mature larva. I had asked for old matured hay and received beautiful green hay that had the infestation of larva. My error was accepting that hay. Milky Spore helps in the long run but these larva were huge and they live in dormancy about 5 years. They next step is live beneficial nematodes. This is a heads up for this company. I am going to attempt to recover my money spent. I cannot afford the time & money to use the remaining 7 bales. Will add my results when I find out their decision

I agree with the reviews and the fact that the OTHER store 2BarO which is nolonger in business is the the place to find the nasty people but they are no longer there. Tucson Feed is a very heplful place they are always wiliing to go the extra mile for you. I have shopping there for many yrs. Glad the OTHER place went out of business!!!!!!!

This is the best place to buy pet food, toys and treats! We have shopped at Petsmart and Petco and Tucson Feed and Pet Food has better prices. The store is very clean and the employees extremely helpful. They will even carry your purchases out to your car for you!

The staff is so wonderful! They have really great prices too!!!!! my daughter is now doing horse lessons and one lady just want above and beyond helping my daughter find the right tool she needed! I would highly recomend coming here for your pet's food' bedding, tack, etc!!!!!

Expired Pet Food. Rodent damage. Won't honor bad products. Prices are great as is variety, but have had expired dog and cat foods-countless times, damaged horse foods and moldy hay. they go through employees weekly and managers only last a couple years. What's up?? Too bad as it has a decent selection. They should stick with their Pet clubs and sell this to someone who KNOWS livestock.

Best prices on alfalfa. Great service. Staff is always attentive and helpful.

I don't have a review because I cant find the place. It looks as if the 7878 location is closed. Is this so? And if it is where did they go? thanks for the help

Great place, very helpful. The mailing address is "Tanque Verde" but the store is actually located on Pantano, at the NW corner of Pantano, where Tanque Verde turns into Wrightstown. Enter the parking lot from Pantano just north of Wrightstown/Tanque Verde.

Tucson Feed & Pet Food is staffed with attentive, courteous & friendly folks. I have been shopping there for a number of years for our canine pets and find the personalized service and the well stocked shelves make for a more pleasant experience than any of the super-sized pet chains. Prices are competetive and for some items lower than those of the larger stores. I do think they would do well to create and maintain a website with a contact email address to expand recognition and market their wares.

The unfavorable review was almost certainly about the other feed and supply store which is right behind Tucson Feed. The manager there IS a he, and he is nasty. The first time I tried to find Tucson Feed I went in an entrance on the Tanque Verde exit to Wrightstown. I saw this other feed store and thought that was the one my friend recommended. I went in to look for a certain product, but couldn't find it. I decided to get a different brand, thinking maybe I didn't remember correctly. When I left the parking lot and drove around to the back at Pantano, I saw Tucson Feed & Pet, so I decided to return the bag I'd just bought. Not EVEN 5 minutes later, I walked back in to return the bag. The manager was a total jerk and would not take it back. He had even seen me asking for the other product. He was rude and nasty about it, and he doesn't treat his employees any better. Ok, I'd better go back and get the name of that place and do a review for that. Anyway, Tucson Feed/Pet has been great.

This is a great store. My dogs are glad it's there.They really have EVERYTHING.

Some people think Two Bar O is Tucson Feed. When the talk about the owner as a he, there have only been female managers in charge for the last 3 years.

Is the review above really about Tucson Feed and Pet? Because I've had nothing but the greatest service from them, regardless of what day or time I get there, wonderful recommendations on specific items, I can find exactly what I need for my pooch, they always greet us both when we come in, and it's one of the few places that sells Orijen in such a variety. And, no, I do not work there! This is a great store, exactly what a pet and feed store should be, they have great stock of food, treats, supplies, the whole nine yards. Did I mention that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful?

The owners are very rude! They are truly there to make a buck! He could care less about you and your pets. Very over priced but if he is having a good day he may make you a deal which is still not a deal!!!!! I am all about shopping in local stores but I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME IN THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
